Delete Your Reccurs Account

This page explains how users of the Reccurs Payer App can request deletion of their Reccurs account and associated app data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@reccurs.com from the email address used for your Reccurs account.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my Reccurs account.
  3. Include the email address associated with your Reccurs account.

We will verify the request before deleting account data. Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Data we delete

  • Reccurs payer profile information.
  • App account association where controlled by Reccurs.
  • Push notification device registrations.
  • Non-required payer app records associated with the account.

Data we may retain

Some information may need to be retained after account deletion when required for legitimate business, legal, accounting, security, compliance, fraud-prevention, tax, audit, dispute, payment, billing, ledger, reconciliation, or merchant financial record obligations.

  • Payment, billing, ledger, reconciliation, and provider event records.
  • Fraud-prevention, security, audit, tax, legal, dispute, and compliance records.
  • Merchant financial records that must remain available to merchants or payment providers.
