Service Description

Reccurs provides subscription billing and reconciliation services, operating as a Merchant of Record. The service includes event normalization, ledger management, reconciliation rules, and audit trail capabilities.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when using the service. You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Fees and Payment

Fees are transaction-based and charged per successful transaction. The fee structure consists of a percentage of the transaction amount plus a fixed fee in IDR. Failed transactions are not charged. Specific pricing tiers are available on our pricing page.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds and chargebacks are handled in accordance with the policies of the payment method and payment processor used for each transaction. Processing of refunds and chargebacks may vary based on the payment method and applicable policies.
